Photographer's Notes - Derek Trucks Band/Tony Furtado:

The Derek Trucks Band is doing it the old fashioned way, touring, touring and more touring. I have seen Derek several times recently with the DTB and the ABB and he just seems to keep getting better each time out. He is learning to take his distinctive slide sound and really make it work for him and the overall sound. I think these guys could be on the verge of something big.

On this night I worked my way up to the front after Tony Furtado's mellow and eclectic set. It was a full house, but up front everyone was all smiles. Check out the full review on Jambase.com .
